Lead client engagements, develop strategic recommendations, and work hands-on with business owners to implement change across operations, finance, and team structure.
Support client engagements with financial modeling, cash flow analysis, KPI development, and reporting. Help translate financial complexity into clear, actionable insights.
Work directly with client teams to document processes, design workflows, and support the implementation of operational improvements on the ground.
